A student in their final year of secondary school is one filled with uncertainty. University applications, upcoming exams and their results, coursework deadlines, life can begin to feel like a run to nowhere - helplessness ensues. Paper is the perfect metaphor. It is strong and capable, able to hold a heavy burden, but also weak and fragile - a slight strain at the wrong place, and it will break and rip. That is the situation at this point of life. A delicate situation, hanging on the edge of uncertainty.
